Feladatok: The Customer Care Representative is a key position within our organization, working with the Account Manager, with responsibility for the complete and successful delivery of our products and services to our customers (distributors/resellers) and realization of our sales targets. You will be in close contact with your customers and the colleagues from the printing and logistic departments, by phone and email, to ensure an optimal, on time and accurate service is provided so our customers will want to return to us time and time again. Your service consists of an accurate, professional and speedy response to all requests and the swift resolution of any issues that may arise.
