Feladatok: Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports, ensuring the accuracy of team performance and service-related metrics.Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsProvide operational support during the Technical Team Leader's absence by helping coordinate ongoing activities and maintaining continuity of established processes.Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of customer interactions, including call evaluations and low-rating analyses, and provide feedback to support service quality improvements.Deliver refresher trainings and product knowledge sessions for support agents on standard processes and products.Responsible for ensuring contact resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality in every customer interactionSupport the onboarding and continuous development of team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.Support the Technical Team Leader with administrative, quality, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team.Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security PolicyVevőszolgálat
