Feladatok: Design, maintain, and continuously improve ad-hoc and standard HR reports for diverse stakeholder groups, including the Executive Board.Develop and further enhance HR Reporting Landscape at Wilo according to trends and organizational needsDefine, document, and optimize HR KPIs, reporting standards, and calculation logic to enable data-driven and KPI-based decision-making across the business.Manage reporting-related user permissions and access rights, ensuring appropriate data access and compliance.Enable and support users in effectively working with HR reports, dashboards, and HR systems.Define and maintain HR data quality guidelines and support the data quality review process for the global HR system.Review and improve SAP Employee Central fields, values, and data structures in collaboration with IT.Coordinate and conduct regular data quality checks and provide ad-hoc support for HR data and reporting-related questions.
