Feladatok: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.Analyze plant performance and provide insights on key variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for plant management and corporate finance teams.Manage product costing activities and monitor manufacturing variances, including labor, material, and overhead costs.Oversee inventory valuation and support profitability and pricing analyses.Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes in close cooperation with operational stakeholders.Monitor operating expenses and capital investments against approved budgets.Act as a finance business partner to plant leadership, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and business case evaluations.Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.Identify financial risks and support the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.Develop and enhance KPIs, financial reports, and Power BI dashboards to improve operational visibility.Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.Kontrolling
