Feladatok: Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily and monthly cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.Monitor, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.Manage cash-related processes for retail stores, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of transactions.Execute billing activities, including invoice creation, validation, and follow-up.Administer and maintain service contract billing (e.g. VaaS contracts), ensuring accurate invoicing and contract-related documentation.Cooperate with debt collection service provider, dunning processes, and contract administration.Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash and receivables.Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Retail Operations, Accounting, and other internal departments to resolve customer and financial issues.Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the optimization of financial workflows.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.Kontrolling
