Sr Hr Partner

Feladatok: We have an opportunity for a Sr HR Partner (m/f/d) to join us at Honeywell, in Nagykanizsa, where you will support leaders and employees in our two locations in Hungary: Nagykanizsa and Budapest. You will play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources across the organization aligned with business objectives. Your work will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.The candidate can be ideally located in Nagykanizsa and willing to travel to Budapest every three months.This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.Key responsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and initiatives in HungaryPartner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organizationCollaborate with HR Centers of Expertise Teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives supporting business objectivesEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirementsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
