Feladatok: We are looking for a skilled and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our Spa team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.* Perform professional massage, body and wellness treatments according to established spa standards.* Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences.* Create a relaxing, welcoming and luxurious experience for every guest.* Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.* Explain treatments, spa facilities and wellness products to guests.* Recommend and promote appropriate spa treatments and retail products.* Maintain accurate guest and treatment records.* Work closely with the Spa Reception and wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest journey.* Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures.* Consistently represent the service standards of Matild Palace and The Luxury Collection.Masszőr
