Feladatok: As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will:Own The Customer ExperienceBe the main contact for assigned medical industry customers on orders, deliveries, invoices and claims.Keep customers updated proactively and solve problems quickly.Run the Order-to-Cash ProcessManage sales orders from order entry through invoicing.Coordinate order fulfillment in partnership with our Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance teams.Handle special cases requiring multiple fulfillment channels, customs documentation and cross-border deliveries.Apply all relevant Commercial, Quality and Environmental Management System requirements to all areas of responsiblity.Grow the BusinessManage high value and technically complex sales ordersSupport customer account strategies, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-sellingAct as the subject matter expert for customer service processes; mentor and train junior colleagues.Contribute to business transformation initiatives and other special projects.Vevőszolgálat
