Senior Analyst

Our partner is a real estate consultancy with more than 35 years of professional experience. They have several offices in Europe and are currently looking to expand their team with a SENIOR ANALYST in the Hungarian office. The Candidate individually, or in close cooperation with other team members, is expected to speak with potential clients, identify opportunities, execute transactions in the office, industrial, hotel and retail investment sectors. The Role will include the execution of: Investment Sales: Sale of single assets, portfolios: from pre-offering due diligence to marketing campaigns, negotiations, due-diligence, and on through closing.
