Regional Maintenance Coordinator (Oem Business Unit)

Feladatok: Your Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Development:Develop and implement the maintenance strategy for the OEM Business Unit to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and control maintenance costs.Create a mid-to-long-term maintenance plan and methodology, incorporating technological intelligence and industry benchmarks.Promote and deploy Value-Based Maintenance as a strategy to identify and focus on the most critical equipment.Operational Support & Optimization:Coordinate and provide expert support for maintenance activities across our European plants (primarily in the Czech Republic, Hungary and France).Lead and participate in action plans to resolve process issues on production lines, with a strong focus on root cause analysis (PDCA).Drive technical improvements by evaluating and proposing effective solutions for continuous improvement.Enhance maintenance systems based on equipment reliability and a predictive approach, analyzing MTBF/MTTR data.Knowledge Sharing & Standardization:Participate in defining and maintaining technical specifications and standards for our maintenance activities.Identify, share, and deploy best practices across all relevant plants.Build a strong network and maintain close relationships with maintenance managers, specialists, and other experts within the AGC group.Gépészmérnök; Mérnök vezető; Speciális mérnöki területek
