What you'll be doing: Act as the primary HR partner to management and colleagues in retail Coordinate HR processes and policies aligned to our strategy and business needs Support the on- and offboarding and the full employee life cycle of our employees Provide HR consulting on organizational, operational and legal matters for managers Conduct store visits nationwide to ensure and monitor compliance with our processes and policies Manage disciplinary cases and employment terminations Prepare and record HR documentation in relevant systems Strong cooperation with the HR Manager and Regional Sales Managers Drive culture and values; advise on organizational development, change and transformation initiatives Actively contribute to internal HR projects; participate in preparing organizational changes and standardizing HR processesHR generalista, Specialista; HR Business Partner
