Feladatok: Support Safety Management System (SMS) activities, including safety risk management, hazard identification.Monitor and analyze Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Process Compliance (OPC) performance, Quality Index KPIs and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs), to support continuous improvement in service quality and operational performance.Prepare, review, and maintain regular quality reports and performance summariesMonitor compliance with global standards, corporate requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.Participate in audits, coordinating follow-up activities, supporting effective closure of findings.Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report sustainability performance indicators.Promote a culture of sustainability and environmental while coordinating dedicated initiatives in close collaboration with operational departments.Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports, audit documentation, customer questionnaires.
