Feladatok: Main Responsibilities:Routine Testing and Analysis: Actively participate in daily laboratory operations, performing routine and non-routine physical, chemical, or microbiological analyses alongside the lab team to ensure product quality.QC Plans and Methods: Identify, develop, implement, and manage project-specific quality control plans for laboratory procedures. Introduce and validate new analytical methods and advanced technologies.Asset Management: Oversee the correct calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment; maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs. Evaluate new equipment and recommend for purchase.Documentation and Compliance: Review and approve technical documentation. Ensure that laboratory activities comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and ADM specifications. Oversee laboratory waste handling and disposal practices.Problem-Solving: Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities.Cross-Team Alignment: Actively collaborate with the Olomouc team and the regional EMEAI quality assurance teams to align technical and quality expectations.Problem Solving & Collaboration: Partner with production and logistics teams to troubleshoot and investigate customer complaints and non-conformities (root-cause analysis). Align technical expectations with regional EMEAI teams.Deputization: Fully deputize for the QA/QC Manager during their absence.
