Production Supervisor

Feladatok: Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S standards across the sector, including the reporting and management of incidents and near misses.Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and procedures to achieve the required quality level.Support workforce and resource planning activitiesEnsure production schedules are achieved in line with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.Lead the performance management cycle using appropriate KPIs and action plans, while ensuring compliance with Schneider Production System requirements.Adjust manufacturing plans in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) according to customer priorities.Identify and coordinate team training needs, manage skill versatility, and spend 30-50% of the time on the shop floor supporting operations, removing barriers, and driving performance.Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial processes in collaboration with supporting functions.Participate in investment proposals, cross-functional projects, and plant-level action plans.Termelésirányítás; Gyártás, Termelés vezető
