Operation Officer

Feladatok: Operations Officer will be participating in interdepartmental projects to be implemented accordance with the bank's development objectives, furthermore will monitor and control department's operations activities.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day process and support according to defined processes and proceduresEnsure that Operations meet compliance requirements, service levels and other relevant corporate objectivesPermanently take care of operational risk and control aspectsContinuously take part in the improvement of operational procedures and contribute to product offering and service qualityReport any customer complaints to your direct line and to the Compliance teamLiaise closely with other departments to implement new productsOperate and validate all types of Treasury & Corporate Banking's products including deposit and loanLead projects and manages any changes in the operations' process, procedures, and manualsRecommend business solutions on the basis of the market best practicesPlan the selected solutions, manage their implementation and actively take part in related operational activitiesAssist with Finance & Accounting tasks based on workload requirementsFinanszírozás; Bank biztonság
