Material Management Team Lead

Feladatok: THE OPPORTUNITYWhat you will own- Lead and develop a supply chain operations team, with direct people leadership responsibility in Hungary and Germany.- Build the future organisation: contribute to recruitment, onboarding, capability development and team integration.- Develop and implement material management strategies in close alignment with Procurement and Supply Chain Management.- Shape and continuously improve material management and operational procurement processes that support reliable production in a Make-to-Order (MTO) environment.- Own the balance between material availability and inventory efficiency, using clear KPIs and disciplined decision-making ina production environment.- Drive supplier escalations and work in partnership with Procurement and Supply Chain to protect business continuity.- Strengthen operational procurement capabilities through closer supplier collaboration, broader purchasing responsibility and clear process ownership.- Drive improvements in forecasting, material planning and the effective use of SAP and planning systems.- Promote automation and digital integration across material management processes.Ellátási lánc
