Feladatok: Role SummaryTo ensure transparency and accuracy of logistics and financial processes related to transportation by providing end-to-end visibility of transportation activities and their related financial settlements. The position is responsible for the proper management, validation and reporting of logistics processes, AP/AR rates, FSC, billing and cost settlement data, as well as identifying discrepancies and supporting continuous process improvement..Key ResponsibilitiesRate & FSC ManagementManaging and reconciling AP/AR rates and FSC, including discrepancy handling and billing status tracking. Billing & Cost SettlementSupporting billing processes and settling trailer usage, penalties and other extra costs. Documentation & CommunicationManaging CMRs and billing documents, and coordinating with customers, carriers and internal departments. Reporting & KPIPreparing financial, logistics and KPI reports and dashboards, with focus on data accuracy and trends. Process ImprovementOptimizing billing and logistics processes and identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
