Junior Operations Executive / Inbound Tourism Specialist

Feladatok: About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented team member to join our Budapest office. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Tourism & Hospitality eager to kickstart their career in destination management, as well as professionals with 3+ years of experience in Destination Management Company (DMC) operations. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality tour itineraries, managing bookings with local suppliers, and ensuring seamless operational execution for inbound travelers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier & Partner Management: Coordinate and negotiate bookings with local vendors, including hotels, transport providers, tour guides, restaurants, and venue spaces across Hungary and surrounding regions.Itinerary Design & Costing: Build customized, competitive inbound tour itineraries and calculate accurate costings/quotations for travel partners and clients.Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily group and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) operations, ensuring all services are confirmed and executed smoothly.Client & Partner Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for international clients, agents, and local partners, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving operational issues.Quality & On-Site Support: Monitor service quality standards, manage last-minute schedule changes, and provide on-ground assistance to handling agents or tour managers when necessary.
