Feladatok: Install, maintain and support company IT hardware and end-user devicesProvides hands-on user support, including on-site troubleshooting and issue resolutionManage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN and WLAN environmentsOversees all IT-related purchasing and budget usage; works with accounting to develop budget.Manage the users and computers accounts on national level.Comply with company standards in respect to software used and configuration of hardware.Support users with problem resolution on timely basis, manage helpdesk tickets.Cooperates with IT Operations Director and/or external support company on timely problem resolution.
