Factory Service Engineer

Feladatok: Technical Repair and ServiceInspect, diagnose, repair, calibrate, refurbish, and upgrade assigned Sievers® analyzers, sensors, parts, and assemblies.Perform functional and performance testing in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.Complete repairs within the established turnaround time requirements, generally within 17 days.Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support for instruments.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with EHS standards.Maintain current technical knowledge and required certifications for the Sievers® product portfolio.Accurately manage spare parts, inventory transactions, and repair-related materials.Customer and Technical SupportCommunicate professionally with customers, ITPs, and internal teams throughout the service process.Provide telephone and remote technical support when required, including assistance with hardware and software troubleshooting.Collaborate with the EMEA Technical Support team to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing and customer and ITP shipments.Documentation and AdministrationRecord customer interactions, repair activities, and related documentation accurately in the CRM system.Prepare customer deliverables, including repair reports, repair letters, calibration certificates, and shipping or billing documents.Ensure all service activities are documented in accordance with company Quality Operating Instructions (QOIs) and applicable regulatory standards.Maintain complete and traceable service records and audit documentation.Use and update relevant systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and other company platforms.Review and process standard business documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.Gépészmérnök; Üzemmérnök
