If so, we'd love to hear from you.Own Your Growth at NufarmAs our EUC Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role within the Global IT team, supporting and enhancing Nufarm's Standard Operating Environment (SOE). You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with operational excellence to manage modern workplace technologies, endpoint services, messaging platforms, and collaboration tools used across our global organisation.Acting as a key escalation point, you will help ensure our endpoint, messaging, mobile device management and telephony services remain secure, reliable, and scalable while supporting a globally dispersed workforce.How You'll Help Us GrowIn this role, you will:Manage and support the Windows desktop environment using Microsoft Intune, Active Directory Group Policies, Patch My PC, and Windows Update for Business.Package, deploy, and maintain applications across a range of technologies including Intune, SCCM, Citrix, VDI and Patch My PC.Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across corporate and BYOD environments.Manage Windows Autopilot and modern endpoint provisioning to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.Support Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments where applicable.Maintain Microsoft Edge enterprise configurations and Universal Print services.Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox management, mail flow, SMTP relay and messaging services.Support Teams telephony, meeting room technologies, and collaboration services.Act as an L2 escalation point for endpoint, messaging, mobile device, and telephony incidents and service requests.Collaborate with global stakeholders, service providers, and IT teams to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvement initiatives.IT support, Helpdesk; Információbiztonság
