Compliance Manager

Feladatok: Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we are now looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our well-established team in Budapest, Hungary. The successful candidate will ensure that our company adheres to all relevant external laws, industry regulations, and internal policies by translating complex legal frameworks into actionable, day-to-day standard operating procedures for our organization.Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!Office location: 116-118 Váci Út, Budapest, 1133.In this role you will be responsible for: -Regulatory Communication: Establish and champion strategic dialogue, collaboration mechanisms, and partnerships with local regulatory authorities, external counsel, industry associations, and key clients. -Risk Insight Assessment: Spearhead local business compliance insights, proactively identifying and assessing risks. Design and implement a comprehensive compliance risk map and drive actionable management objectives across the organization. -Contract & Document Review: Conduct rigorous compliance and legal reviews of all contracts, partnership agreements, business plans, and sensitive internal/external documentation. -Incident Management: Lead the resolution of compliance incidents with discretion and precision. Oversee the representative office's compliance accountability framework to ensure continuous operational alignment. -Compliance Culture & Training: Design and execute internal training initiatives to embed a proactive, high-standard compliance culture across all local teams.Jogtanácsos, Jogász, Jogi előadó
