Feladatok: - Interface with Global Procurement: Coordinate with global teams to ensure proper supply alignment, execution of global strategies, and reporting.- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers ensuring compliance with technical, legal, quality, and sustainability requirements.- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery terms, service levels, payment terms, and commercial conditions.- CAPEX & OPEX Procurement: Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement cycles related to equipment, engineering services, maintenance, and general indirect categories.- Project Coordination: Support and track cost-improvement initiatives, CAPEX projects, and operational efficiency programs.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Logistics, and other departments requiring procurement support.- Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and monitor contract execution ensuring compliance and minimizing liabilities.- Audit Readiness: Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance for internal, external, and financial audits.- Market & Data Analysis: Monitor market trends, assess risks, identify alternative supply sources, and implement savings strategies.- Reporting & Systems: Consolidate procurement projects, contracts, and savings using reporting tools; proficient use of MS Suite, and preferred procurement systems (Ariba, Anaplan).- Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and environmental standards within the supply base.Anyaggazdálkodás, Beszerzés
