We're looking for an experienced Business Process Architect who enjoys connecting strategy, operations, technology, and data to create scalable end-to-end business processes across our global organization.This is a unique opportunity to shape our future operating model—not just optimize existing processes.Your MissionAs our Business Process Architect, you will own the design and governance of CabTec's global end-to-end process architecture.Working across business functions, IT, and transformation teams, you'll establish process standards, identify improvement opportunities through analytics and ensure that business processes create measurable operational and financial value.You'll play a key role in ensuring that process transformation delivers measurable business value—not just better workflows.What You'll DoYou'll play a leading role in designing the future of our business processes by:Designing and harmonizing our global End-to-End process architectureDeveloping scalable, business-driven process models and governance frameworksFacilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders across functions and countriesTranslating business needs into efficient, system-enabled process modelsSupporting ERP, PLM, MES, and CRM transformation programs from a business process perspectiveUsing Process Mining, data analytics, and AI-supported tools to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunitiesBuilding business cases and quantifying the financial impact of process improvementsDefining KPIs and performance measurement frameworksBenchmarking against industry best practices including Lean, APQP, Operational Excellence, and Automotive standardsDriving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by performing gap analyses and developing improvement roadmaps.Driving sustainable adoption of new processes through training concepts, Key User programs, communication strategies, and organizational enablement initiativesSupporting organizational change management and capability-building activities.Delivering Measurable Business ImpactYou will:Develop value realization models that clearly demonstrate the operational and financial benefits of process improvement initiativesTranslate process performance into business value by linking operational KPIs with financial outcomes, including lead time, quality costs, inventory, FTE efficiency, and EBIT contributionEnable strategic investment decisions by supporting transformation portfolio prioritization with robust business cases and effort-benefit analyses.Your teamMember of the Digital Transformation OfficeReports directly to the Head of Digitalisation , who is located in Swiss HeadquarterWorks closely with Quality, Operational Excellence, IT, Data Governance, Finance & Controlling, and Business Process Owners.
