Feladatok: Job DescriptionThe Customs Administrator is responsible for supporting and monitoring the customs clearance process of import and export shipments. During the job, he/she will work closely with the Customs Manager, customs authorities, shipping partners, and various departments of the company to ensure that customs clearance is carried out in accordance with the relevant Hungarian and international laws.Main tasks:Independent administration of import and export customs clearance processes.Checking shipping and customs documents, ensuring their completeness and accuracy.Liaising with customs authorities, customs brokers, shipping partners and internal company departments to ensure smooth customs clearance.Ensuring legal compliance of customs clearance processes.Managing any delays, problems or discrepancies and maintaining ongoing communication with affected parties.Collaborate with the Customs Manager and the operations team to efficiently execute daily customs clearance tasks.
