Feladatok: Provide technical support and guidance to the authorised repairer network in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair procedures.Support dealers in resolving complex technical cases and coordinate technical escalations with the OEM Technical Support team.Support the warranty claim process, including claim preparation, validation and follow-up with the authorised repairer network.Deliver and organise technical and system-related training to the authorised repairer network.Support the implementation and monitoring of campaigns, service actions and recalls, ensuring timely execution across the network.Conduct network audits covering Aftersales processes, warranty claim procedures, technical standards and reimbursement processes.Maintain regular communication with the OEM regarding technical cases, product issues, campaigns, recalls, training and other Aftersales-related topics.Support the development and implementation of Aftersales processes, standards and technical documentation.
