Supply Chain Manager

Feladatok: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our Purchasing and Logistics functions while ensuring uninterrupted material flow, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the supply chain. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing supply chain strategies, optimizing costs, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Develop and execute the company's Supply Chain strategy to support business objectives and operational excellence.Lead and continuously improve Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Management operations.Ensure the uninterrupted and cost-effective supply of materials, services, and equipment to support production and customer commitments.Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships while driving supplier performance, development, and cost optimization initiatives.Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement activities for direct materials, indirect materials, services, and capital investments.Optimize inventory levels, logistics processes, warehouse operations, and overall supply chain performance.Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, including cost savings, inventory, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, legal requirements, and corporate governance.Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure effective cross-functional planning and execution.Identify supply chain risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.Drive digitalization, process optimization, and best practices across the entire Supply Chain function.Anyaggazdálkodás, Beszerzés; Ellátási lánc; Kereskedelmi, Marketing igazgató
