Feladatok: In this role, you'll take a hands-on role in supporting sales teams by managing contracts and related processes from start to finish. Your tasks will include:Creating and updating contracts and amendments using templatesMaking sure all contract details are correct and meet requirementsCoordinating approvals with teams like legal, finance, and stakeholdersTracking deals and making sure they move forward on timeReviewing and validating contracts before and after signatureSolving issues and handling more complex or escalated requestsManaging data in internal systems and keeping everything up to datePreparing reports and keeping stakeholders informed on deal statusSupporting resource and hiring processes (e.g., opening requisitions)Taking part in client calls and helping improve processes In short: you make sure contracts and deal setup are accurate, approved, and completed smoothly, and you handle more complex cases independently.
