Solution Architect (Java)

Feladatok: Purpose of the roleThis role offers a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of legacy IBM i (AS/400) applications into modern, Java-based cloud-native solutions supporting FIEGE operations across Europe. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that drive our technology modernization journey.Responsibilities:Design and develop target application architectures aligned with business and IT strategy.Lead modernization initiatives for legacy applications and support their transition to modern cloud-based environments.Define architectural standards, design principles, and technology roadmaps.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design and document solution architectures, including high-level and detailed designs.Collaborate with development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.Provide technical guidance and support architectural decision-making.Promote best practices related to software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and security.Evaluate and recommend new technologies, including AI-based solutions and tools.Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of solutions Elvárások: Purpose of the roleThis role offers a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of legacy IBM i (AS/400) applications into modern, Java-based cloud-native solutions supporting FIEGE operations across Europe.
