(Senior) Legal Counsel - Employment Law & Corporate Legal Affairs

Feladatok: Your RoleAs (Senior) Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to the MOBIS Hungarian business while partnering closely with management, HR, and operational functions. You will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, managing employment-related matters, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business growth through pragmatic legal advice.This position requires strong expertise in Hungarian employment law and hands-on experience in an international corporate environment, including contract management and compliance framework management.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment & Labour LawServe as the primary legal advisor on all Hungarian employment and labour law matters.Advise management and HR on employee relations issues, disciplinary measures, grievances, termination processes, restructuring projects and working time matters.Support collective labour law matters and interactions with employee representatives, where applicable.Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements, executive contracts, policies, internal regulations and HR-related documentation.Manage employment disputes and coordinate litigation strategy with external legal counsel when necessary.Monitor developments in Hungarian labour legislation and ensure implementation of legal requirements within the organisation.Commercial & Corporate Legal SupportDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, service agreements, NDAs, procurement contracts and other business arrangements.Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders on contractual, regulatory and operational matters.Support corporate governance activities and maintain legal documentation as required by applicable laws and internal policies.Assist with dispute prevention and resolution, including pre-litigation matters and settlement negotiations.Compliance, Data Protection & ESGSupport the implementation and maintenance of legal compliance and governance frameworks, including training and awareness activities.Provide legal support in relation to data protection and information governance matters.Advise on ESG-related legal obligations and support the implementation of sustainability and regulatory requirements.Review internal policies, procedures and business practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose practical mitigation measures.Conduct internal investigations, audits and compliance assessments where required.Promote a culture of integrity, compliance and ethical business conduct across the organisation.External Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with external legal advisers, regulatory authorities and governmental bodies.Coordinate external counsel and ensure efficient management of legal services and related budgets.Represent the company's interests during regulatory reviews, inspections and legal proceedings as required.Jogtanácsos, Jogász, Jogi előadó
