Senior Legal Compliance Counsel

Feladatok: Manage legal affairs for local factory operations, including but not limited to establishing and managing compliance and legal affairs systems, developing risk prevention and emergency response mechanisms, and manage liasing with external agencies for compliance optimization with efficiency increasing and cost reduction. Build second tier legal compliance management systems, and approve internal policies plans for the third-tier legal compliance management system.Research relevant laws and policies  to provide legal guidance for decision-making and operations，and conduct legal training sessions. Organize internal training, conduct compliance self-check assessments, and oversee the implementation of the compliance policies.Stay abreast of developments in the regulatory landscape...
