Sales Support Specialist

Feladatok: Manage B2B and B2C orders end-to-end: process online store and dealer orders, check stock availability, validate order and proforma invoice details, arrange shipping, and prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and other transportation documents.Keep orders moving through to successful fulfilment: track order and shipment statuses, follow up on open items, resolve issues that could affect delivery, and keep order information accurate across our systems.Communicate with customers and dealers worldwide: provide accurate information on orders and deliveries, handle specific requests.Manage returns and warranty-related cases: coordinate the required actions between customers, warehouses and internal teams.Manage accounts receivable: issue final invoices upon dispatch, monitor upcoming and overdue payments, and follow up with customers when payment is delayed.Participate in inventory and financial reconciliation: investigate discrepancies between orders, inventory movements, payments and financial records, identify root causes, and coordinate corrections with Finance, Warehouses and other teams.Support process improvements and automation: test new workflows and system changes, identify edge cases and issues before rollout, investigate exceptions in automated workflows, keep process documentation up to date, and flag repetitive activities that could be simplified or automated.
