Feladatok: Assist supervisor to finish the daily operations of vehicle sales and logistics operation for the business of regional area, including full-chain inventory management, coordinating production and shipping plans, creating sales orders, handling customs clearance, vehicle inspection, and shipment damage claim.Maintain and update databases about daily operations of vehicle logistics, like Gate-in, customs, transport, retrofit, Gate-out, and delivery to dealer/distributor warehouse.Coordinate with HQ or global branches for production and shipment fulfilment to ensure timely delivery to contracted partners.Cooperate with the Product and Finance teams to obtain the necessary documents for submission to factoring bank for vehicle delivery.Monitor incoming shipments and organize relevant processes for inspection and distribution to destination.Provide regular sales and inventory reports as required.Handle ad-hoc work assigned by line manager.Logisztikai ügyintéző, adminisztrátor
