Here's what you can expect to take ownership of:- Implementing RESERVED's sales strategy across the assigned store network and ensuring sales targets are achieved within budget- Ensuring consistent brand standards, visual identity, and an outstanding customer experience across all stores- Building, developing, and motivating a strong, skilled, and results-driven store management team- Supporting Regional Visual Merchandisers to maintain and strengthen RESERVED's visual identity- Monitoring KPIs and store performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving actions to deliver result- Coordinating the opening of new stores and ensuring smooth collaboration between Store Managers and central LPP teams- Ensuring effective cooperation between stores and back-office departments to streamline operations and improve business resultsÉrtékesítési, Kereskedelmi vezető
