Feladatok: HR Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and process all standard employment documentation. Employee Lifecycle Execution: Manage operational transactions across every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Payroll Operations & Issue Support: Support payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues and escalations. Regional Operational Ownership: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned countries, taking end-to-end ownership of processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Tier 2 / Tier 3 support teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent service delivery. Multi-Country & French Market Focus: Adapt to complex international HR environments, with specific emphasis on managing the complexity of French operational requirements. Continuous Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and drive process standardization to increase overall efficiency in HR service delivery. Knowledge Base Optimization: Maintain and enhance internal knowledge base content to support standardized, accurate service across teams.
