Quality Management Specialist

Feladatok: Design our framework of process analysis, improvements and efficiency enhancement systems.Actively participate in the development of operational processes and quality management system.  Assess the effectiveness and quality of existing processes and propose improvement possibilities, enhancements.Implement process control mechanisms.Collaborate with line managers and HR to develop an employee performance appraisal system, including KPIs.Apply Quality Assurance / Quality Management elements in daily operationDrive new process implementations and manage changes effectively hand in hand with process owners.Facilitate knowledge and experience transfer within the whole organisation.Engage in the implementation of our idea management system.Prepare training materialsMinőségbiztosítás
