Quality Engineer (Outgoing Product - Oqc)

Feladatok: Reviews control plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products.Ensures products meet the drawing specification, customers quality and product integrity requirements.Supports product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.Identifies root causes of problems in the production process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defectEnsure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF16949/ISO9001)Report on KPIs in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System AnalysisParticipate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA's (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)Manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM,Support and lead process improvement activitiesWrite reports and present progress at project meetings and to clientsMinőségbiztosítási mérnök
