Feladatok: Main objective of the position:To support the continuous development and effective operation of the Division Service Integrated Management System by independently managing QHSE-related activities, projects, audits and improvement initiatives across the organization.The QHSE Expert acts as a competent partner for local entities and management teams, providing professional guidance in quality, environmental, occupational health & safety and, where applicable, information security topics. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Integrated Management SystemSupport the development and continuous improvement of the Division Service Integrated Management System.Maintain and further develop management system processes and documentation.Monitor changes in applicable standards and support implementation activities.Prepare gap analyses and improvement proposals. AuditsPlan, prepare and conduct internal audits independently.Support certification and customer audits.Identify non-conformities, opportunities for improvement and best practices.Monitor corrective actions and verify effectiveness.Support auditor qualification and competence development activities. QHSE Governance and ComplianceProvide professional support to Division Service locations in QHSE-related matters.Support implementation of corporate QHSE requirements.Evaluate compliance with internal and external requirements.Assist locations in solving QHSE-related issues and implementing improvements. Projects and Continuous ImprovementIndependently manage QHSE projects and improvement initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional activities involving different countries and departments.Support implementation of strategic QHSE objectives.Drive standardization and best-practice sharing within the division. Reporting and AnalysisPrepare management reports, KPIs, statistics and trend analyses.Evaluate QHSE performance data and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare decision-making materials for management. Communication, Training and AwarenessDevelop training materials and presentations.Prepare content for conferences, workshops and management meetings.Deliver trainings and awareness sessions when required.Support communication campaigns related to QHSE topics. Business SupportAct as a trusted QHSE partner for management and local organizations.Support implementation of new requirements and organizational initiatives.Contribute expertise to strategic projects and business decisions where QHSE aspects are relevant.Szakmai asszisztens; Minőségbiztosítás; Munka-, Egészségvédelem, Biztonságtechnika
