Feladatok: Responsible for daily IQC, IPQC, OQC activities, measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality.Involve in investigation of root causes for any non-conformance and procedural failures.Prepare training materials and training for quality inspectors.Review and revise the required specifications in documentation prior to official release.Assist Quality Manager to maintain ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems.Responsible for PPAP packages.Review and analyze all inspection data for continual improvement purposes. Preparing weekly, monthly reports.Create and refine QC work Instructions and Quality Inspection plans.Ensure QA documentation and record correctly fill and up to date.Organizing and conducting internal audits.Issue CAR/CQP form when any non-conformance products are detected.Minőségbiztosítási mérnök
