Project And Facility Manager

Feladatok: About the RoleWe are looking for a Project and Facility Manager to join our duty-free operation at Budapest Airport. In this role, you will lead all renovation and expansion projects across our retail units, and take ownership of facility management to keep our operation running smoothly day to day.You will work closely with our Hamburg headquarters, local contractors, and airport management to plan and deliver projects on time and to the required standard, while also managing preventative and reactive maintenance and cleaning across all units. Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and manage all renovation and expansion projects for the duty-free operationCoordinate closely with Gebr. Heinemann Hamburg HQ on project planning, budgets, and timelinesManage relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providersCoordinate with airport authority management on approvals, permits, and site accessSupervise on-site implementation and monitor contractor performance against agreed standardsTrack project progress, costs, and risks, and report status to stakeholdersEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and brand standardsFacility ManagementOversee preventative and active maintenance across all retail unitsManage cleaning processes and standards across the operationDevelop and maintain maintenance schedules and service contractsRespond to and resolve facility issues quickly to minimize disruption to operationsMonitor facility budgets and vendor performance Elvárások: About the RoleWe are looking for a Project and Facility Manager to join our duty-free operation at Budapest Airport.
