Production Planner

Feladatok: About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders are translated into efficient production plans while balancing capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments.Our production environment is Make-to-Order (MTO), meaning every product is manufactured based on specific customer requirements. Success in this role requires excellent planning skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer demands.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously monitor customer demand and update production schedules accordingly.Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term production plans in a Make-to-Order manufacturing environment.Prioritize production orders based on customer requirements, production capacity, and material availability.Monitor production progress and proactively resolve planning issues to ensure on-time delivery.Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.Analyze production data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.Identify bottlenecks and recommend planning improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.Maintain accurate planning data within the ERP system.Ensure effective communication with the international headquarters regarding production status, priorities, and potential risks.
