Procurement Specialist

Feladatok: Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our well established team in Budapest. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!Office location: 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133.The successful candidate will be employed by a leasing agency.In this role you will: Develop, maintain, and standardize the procurement strategies for materials to ensure high-quality delivery.Carry out activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI related to materials, and take the lead in developing supplier selection methods and standards related to the materials in charge.Establish and maintain general relationships with suppliers and manage supplier resources. Implement the management of responsible material suppliers. (including qualification, selection, performance management, etc.) to ensure the relative competitive advantage of procurement;Sign contracts and agreements with suppliers according to the procurement process and authorization regulations.Standardize procurement processes based on procurement process control rules, proactively optimize process adaptation, and continuously improve process efficiency.Follow the BCG management requirement, Ensure operation security.Anyaggazdálkodás, Beszerzés
