Feladatok: Full-Cycle Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end processing of monthly salaries, bonuses, overtime, allowances, and statutory tax deductions in strict compliance with current laws.Social Security Administration (TB ügyintézés): Manage sick leave (táppénz), maternity benefits (CSED, GYED), industrial accidents, and public pension insurance documentation.Cafeteria & Fringe Benefits: Administer non-wage benefit structures, including SZÉP cards, health insurance plans, and regional transport subsidies.Statutory Reporting: Formally declare monthly payroll taxes and statutory data reports to NAV (National Tax and Customs Administration) and KSH (Central Statistical Office).Lifecycle Administration: Handle statutory employee lifecycle declarations, specifically submitting NAV T1041 forms for new entries, structural modifications, and terminations.Query Resolution: Serve as the authoritative face for employee concerns regarding pay slips, personal income tax (SZJA) updates, and family tax discounts.
