Night Receptionist

Feladatok: We are looking for a Night Receptionist, who will assist in daily Front Office operations and work with guests as part of our Team. We are highly value our guests, and dedicated to give them the best experience while staying in our little 4* hotel. As a Night Receptionist you are going to be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, your main tasks will be:Ensure accurate and efficient running of reception including check in/out proceduresRespond to Guest queries in an efficient manner, show patience and understanding to themDemonstrate a high level of customer service at all timesBe precise especially while doing the administration, billingAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with all the Team MembersRecepciós
