Feladatok: 1. Full Lifecycle Management of Gauges & FixturesResponsible for receiving, checking, registering, numbering, warehousing and distribution of new custom gauges, check fixtures and on-site inspection tools for auto parts. Establish and update the factory gauge management ledger regularly, classify and manage standard gauges and special custom gauges for automotive parts products, and ensure consistent account, goods and system information. Track the service status of on-site gauges, conduct regular patrol inspection of tooling usage on production lines, timely recycle idle, damaged and expired gauges, and handle scrapping, replacement and archiving procedures in accordance with internal quality system regulations.2. Measuring Equipment Daily Management & MaintenanceTake charge of daily management of precision measuring equipment including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), gear measurement center, Marposs measurement system, height gauge, caliper, micrometer, hardness tester and other dimensional testing equipment. Formulate dailymaintenance and cleaning standards for measuring equipment, guide production operators to use measuring equipment correctly, rectify irregular operation behaviors on site, and avoid equipment damage and measurement deviation caused by improper operation. Regularly check the working status, precision stability and environmental adaptability (temperature, humidity, cleanliness) of measuring equipment to ensure the equipment operates in a qualified working condition.3. Calibration, Verification & Accuracy ControlMake annual, quarterly and monthly calibration plans for gauges and measuring equipment in accordance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements. Arrange internal verification and external third-party calibration of measuring tools and equipment on schedule, follow up the calibration progress, and collect, sort out and archive calibration certificates and verification reports. For measuring tools and equipment with out-of-tolerance calibration results, immediately implement isolation, suspension of use, error analysis, re-calibration or scrapping disposal, and complete the tracking and closing of abnormal quality events to prevent unqualified measuring equipment from being used for product inspection.4. System Document & Record ManagementCompile, revise and optimize standard operating procedures (SOP) for gauge management, measuring equipment operation, calibration and maintenance. Fill in all management records, inspection logs, calibration records and maintenance documents truthfully and completely, ensure all records are traceable, meet internal quality audit and customer supplier audit standards. Timely update the electronic and physical files of measuring tool equipment management system, and maintain the standardization and integrity of quality system documents.5. On-site Quality Support & Problem ImprovementCooperate with quality engineers and production teams to complete product batch inspection, first article inspection and patrol inspection dimensional verification work. Assist in analyzing dimensional deviation problems of auto parts caused by measuring equipment or gauge failure, participate in 5Why analysis and corrective & preventive measure formulation for measurement-related quality abnormalities. Regularly sort out common problems in the use of measuring tools and equipment, put forward optimization improvement suggestions, and continuously improve the accuracy and management level of on-site measurement work.6. Training & Compliance ManagementConduct regular on-site training for production staff and new employees on the correct use, maintenance and storage of gauges and measuring equipment, standardize team operation behaviors. Cooperate with internal quality system audits, third-party certification audits and customer on-site audits, timely provide relevant management documents and records, and complete audit rectification work as required.Gyártás technikus
