Feladatok: 1. Demand & Production PlanningAnalyze production schedules, customer orders, and forecast demand to calculate material requirements.Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and material planning data.Coordinate with production and warehouse to align material supply with production plans.2. Material Scheduling & Procurement Follow‑upCreate and release material purchase requisitions based on SAP system results.Follow up closely with purchasing team and suppliers to ensure on‑time material delivery.Expedite delayed materials and resolve supply shortages to prevent production downtime.Monitor lead times, order status, and supplier performance.3. Inventory Control & OptimizationMaintain inventory at targeted levels to minimize stockouts and overstock.Implement FIFO, control slow‑moving and obsolete stock, and propose disposal plans.Conduct regular inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies between system and physical stock.4.Customs Clearance HandlingHandle daily import and export declaration processes, including electronic submission, document review, and follow-up with customs brokers / freight forwarders.Prepare and verify customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, contract, certificate of origin, packing declaration, etc.Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and ports to ensure timely release of goods.5. System & DocumentationMaintain accurate data in SAP system regarding orders, inventory, and lead times.Prepare daily/weekly material status reports, shortage reports, and planning summaries.Continuously improve planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Anyaggazdálkodás, Beszerzés
