Maintenance Engineer

Feladatok: - Design, optimize, and improve production processes to achieve capacity and quality targets- Provide daily technical support for shop-floor equipment to ensure smooth operations- Diagnose and handle equipment issues on production lines, and coordinate repair resources when necessary- Establish and maintain process parameters to ensure stability and consistency in production- Analyze production data and propose improvement actions to drive continuous improvement projects- Support new product introduction, including process validation and equipment commissioning- Work closely with Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams to resolve technical and process-related issues
