Lean Expert

Feladatok: The aim of this position is to develop and maintain the company's Lean culture, improve process quality & efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, strengthening continuous improvement approach by developing the Lean competencies of all employees. Responsibilities: Introducing and strengthening the Lean approach and the culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization; Active participation in Lean knowledge sharing throughout the KNAPP organization; Supporting the integration of Lean principles into daily operations; Developing and delivering lean trainings; Coordinating Lean projects, and development initiatives; Process improvement and analysis of organizational processes, identification of development opportunities, supporting the achievement of process improvement goals; Measuring and reporting process improvement results; Ensuring that project goals are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner; Folyamatmérnök
