Feladatok: Provide second-line IT support to end users, resolving more complex hardware, software, and network issues.Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.Administer user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access setup.Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and standard procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes and knowledge base.
