Feladatok: Advise employees, managers on all HR related matters, and support the yearly people cycle.Coordinate and supervise the annual performance evaluations, succession plans and staff development.Cascade and apply local and group HR policies, ethic and compliance standards & national labor regulations towards the management.Analyze fluctuation, conduct exit interviews and develop action plans.Implement results of employee satisfaction surveys into practice.Initiate events and programs that support the organizational culture.Analyze and present HR reports and KPI indicators.Develop and maintain HR processes in line with Airbus group directionsSupport the processes related to personal data protection. HR Business Partner
